You might be visiting the Bay Area for a work conference, to visit relatives, or just to see the area. You might want a day for yourself or to share with others to explore the local area. Consider hiring me for a day to take you around to enjoy the local scenery, or to chase special birds that you have always wanted to see. I can help you arrange your visit so you can get the most out of your stay.

Or, you might live locally and want some help.  I can spend a day with you working on gull identification, shorebird identification, or recognizing birds by their sounds.  You could hire me privately, or get a group of friends together.

If you are a photographer, I can also help you find the best places to photograph your desired species of birds.

Kevin was on a business trip in San Francisco from England.  He arranged to have an extra day to photograph American birds.  He especially wanted to photograph Wood Duck.  I knew just the spot he wanted and Kevin got the shots he wanted.

rates: $240 per full day,

$150 per half day half days consists of 4 hours of birding, and the locations are  limited to a 40 minute drive from my house.

Owling is extra, unless birding begins after 3:00 pm.

special: $50 2-hour  birding at Bodega Bay.  Call me the day before and see if I am available.
